We offer Primary Care (annual, work & sports physicals, weight loss, specialist referrals), Urgent Care (X-ray, stitches, COVID & flu testing, STD testing), and Mental Health services (psychiatric evaluations, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and therapy). Telehealth is also available for select services.
Urgent Care is strictly walk-in — no appointment needed. Primary care and mental health visits are by appointment only. Please call us at (910) 479-1712 or email gracehealthurgentcare@outlook.com to schedule your slot.

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Please call ahead to verify your specific coverage details. Self-pay options are also available with clear, transparent pricing.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your active insurance card, a complete list of current medications, and any relevant prior medical records or recent test results.
Urgent care visits typically take 20–45 minutes. Regular primary care appointments range from 30–60 minutes, while initial comprehensive mental health evaluations may take up to 60 minutes.
Yes. We proudly see and treat patients of all ages — from children needing school sports physicals or ADHD evaluations to adults and seniors managing complex chronic medical conditions.

Absolutely. All STD/STI testing is handled with standard clinical privacy and complete confidentiality. Your diagnostic results are discussed privately with your provider and never shared without your explicit consent.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For any emergency outside of these hours, please visit your nearest emergency facility.
Most standard test results are available within 24–72 hours. Your healthcare provider will contact you directly by phone or publish them through our secure patient portal to walk you through next steps.
